Law & Consultancy Insight Programmes with Schillings International LLP

Overview:

Are you interested in learning more about a career at a law and consultancy firm specialising in privacy, reputation management and security? If yes, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

For the third year running, Schillings is partnering with BVL to provide an insight programme for Year 12 and Year 13 students. The programme aims to provide young people with an insight into the work of the Schillings team and will include workshops on:

1. an introduction to Schillings;

2. the work of one of three teams, depending on your area of interest;

a. the Schillings legal team.

b. the Schillings critical risk, intelligence & investigations and cyber teams.

c. the Schillings marketing, business development, human resources, accounting, finance, IT, and compliance teams.

3. plus a careers workshop on CV writing, interview skills and personal branding!

The 2023 programme will run on:

Tuesday 24th October, 3 to 5pm: In person, at Schillings' offices in London
Wednesday 25th October, 3 to 5pm: Online, via Teams
Thursday 26th October, 3 to 5 pm: Online, via Teams
Tuesday 31st October, 5 to 7pm: Online, via Teams
Thursday 2nd November, 5 to 7pm: In person, at Schillings' offices in London

The only eligibility requirements we have are that you will be 16 years or over at the time of the project and that you are studying for your A-Levels (or equivalent) at a non-fee paying school. All of our projects are free of charge for all students.

Due to the in person element of this programme, we are only accepting applications within commuting distance to London.

You can apply for more than one of the three insight schemes, but you will only be allocated to one.
