Cumblerland Lodge & BVL Environmental Law Summer Camp 2024
(July / August 2024)

Overview:

We are inviting students to take part in our Summer School. Your task during the course of the Summer School will be to critique the current law in a specific area and voice your opinion on whether it should be reformed. In previous years we have looked at fracking, the right to be forgotten, the gig economy, law and tech and most recently white collar crime.

The project will run remotely over Zoom from 6-8pm during the second week of August. During the sessions we will give you the opportunity to engage with the law and covering this topic through workshops and guest lectures from experts in the area. Throughout this experience we aim to improve your communication, reasoning, research, presentation and critical thinking skills.
