The Model Law Commission aims to mirror the work of the Law Commission and on the 19th of November 2015 we were opportunity to have an intimate view of what that meant due to a visit from the Law Commission. In our weekly Thursday sessions we are usually in our separate teams researching, analysing and debating our area of law.
